Recently, Some customers feedback m3u link don’t work on their smart tv, and showing “Connect failed”. After quick communication, we learned that some customers still use old m3u links.  If you have same problem , please check your link. Delete the playlist first, then re-upload the correct m3u link (look at the picture). Channels will be work.  If you need any support, please leave message us.
